Help with Vintage Omega id="post_message_215153">I have bought an Omega in the UK and would like to see that the forum knows of it.
It is a Seamaster case number 14389-3 in gold cap. Under the Seamaster back cover I see a 268 movement with 17 jewels and the movement serial number 17503314.
The face is Omega and in a gold motif with just straight marks marking the hours not a sharp point. At 12 there is a double hash to mark that. There is a sub second hand under the main hands above the 6 oclock position. It is signed on the face just Omega, no seamaster, and on the back with the seamaster screw back, and signed on the case back with case number and the standard period markings.
From the serial I get a 59 date but the motif is 61-62 International Collections. Any insights would be great on the watch ...I know photos will help...will try to get them on the system. I am thinking of sending it to Omega for a full remake.
